Oh Bev, you gave me a great big scare that your beloved pup had died!I have no advice for purse cameras, I have a huge one and then use my camera phone for when we are out and about.
Do you realize what you did to my heart when I saw the title & a pic of boomer????. Glad everyone is well & it is just your camera you have to replace. It's far to early in the morning to get a scare like that.
I absolutely love my Canon Power shot SD780 IS. It Easily fits into my purse or pocket and takes good pictures. I don't go anywhere without it.
