grass stains on my toe

nothing like a carefree evening of running about in the freshly mown grass to make you appreciate the better things in life...like grass stains on your big toe

I love summer.
What teacher doesn't, right?
And I can taste it as I sit in the late spring breeze
with my three year old pushing his john deer around
wearing his glubs
and his ear tection
acting all "worker man"

It's gonna be a good one, the three year old summer
places to go
friends to visit
lakes to swim in
repeat
again

Starts this weekend with a trip to Sandbanks Provincial Park
(well, actually to the Mariott in Belleville-with a Sunday picnic at the park)
and photos of our wee family by none other than Leslie Lightfoot

Can hardly wait!
