Like any other day...except not...

Well, yesterday started like any other day. An early morning bath to wash away the green crust. A nice hot morning bottle.
A chance to love on the pup, up close, you know, lick the dog to show your love.
Unfortunately the green slime makes Little Manh's gag reflex stronger.
Baby boy puked.
The
whole bottle.
Onto the dog's head.

Here he is, looking decidedly depressed after he was mopped up.
The whole thing was a bit trying so a quick crash on the couch was in order
(after momma and little dude had another bath and got dressed...again).
In order to remain sane our little family of 3 headed over to Auntie Carol's to loiter for the whole day.
A place with lots and lots of people that want to love on the little dude
even in his slightly crusty and likely to puke state.

And Pup had a blast trying to become a black lab in the back field.
And then I left him there...no way that was getting into the back of my car!

Today, new sleeping position, and momma is trying to get little Manh to puke on the cloth diaper...rather than on her, himself and the carpet.

(Any idea why blogger is spinning this photo 90 degrees clockwise? Irritating for sure.)

Poor thing! And I mean both Benjaminh and the dog!
Hope he is feeling better soon! Looking forward to seeing you on Friday!

It's still a great story, even after I had heard it in person. I hope Ben and Boomer are recouping from the difficult time!

and I don't know why the picture is spinning.

Is it bad that I laughed all through this? I have similar stories but they involve poop and are too gross for my blog.

Sounds like one heck of a day- poor pup! Poor little manh!

Just saw your comment on my blog- your world has changed with pulling up. Just wait until he is cruising. Talk about life changing. Aiden's like a human wrecking ball, sweeping everything off of every surface he can reach...and he's got quite a reach. Get ready!
